PMCT in conjunction with the Patchogue Lions Club and Mission Foods donated 120 backpacks filled with school supplies to the PM School district's elementary schools. This is the sixth year this venture is taking place. PMCT Vice President, Beth Warnken and Immediate Past President of the Patchogue Lions Club purchased school supplies and backpacks that include notebooks, paper, folders, rulers, pens, pencils, crayons, colored pencils, erasers, scissors and glue. The elementary school principals will distribute the backpacks to students in September.
